Refund policy

Important Notice:

We do not offer free returns—return shipping charges apply.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, including all parts, components, and packaging.
  2. The product must show no signs of careless handling or damage due to improper use.
  3. For hygiene-related products, they must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  4. If the product was received in a defective condition, it must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if approved, an official confirmation will be sent.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item appears to have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

 

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the return conditions, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: info@chelique-wardrobe.com
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
    • Your full name and address
  3. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Important:

  • Do not return the package to the sender—use the return address we provide.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided you are a private consumer (not purchasing for business purposes).

However, due to our automated processing system, orders are shipped immediately after being placed. Therefore, cancellation before delivery is not possible.

To cancel your order, please notify us via email (info@chelique-wardrobe.com) with a clear statement of your request. Your cancellation will only be completed once we receive the returned goods, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Orders in Transit.

Since our products ship from Asia, transit times may be longer than usual. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible.

Please wait until you receive the package and then initiate a return as outlined above. If you wish to pre-inform us of a cancellation, you may do so via email.

For a faster return process, we recommend providing a shipping confirmation once you've sent the item back.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your payment, excluding delivery costs (unless the return is due to a fault on our part).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • No additional fees will be deducted for processing the refund.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
